Bags must be 18â€x14â€x10†or smaller to be permitted into the building. Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc) will be prohibited from entry into the arena. Guest are encouraged to leave these items in their car.

Lost children/guests should be directed to our Guest Services Center. The employee will immediately notify a supervisor that they have received a report of a lost or missing child, and the supervisor in turn, will immediately notify the Security Command Center and all other departments. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest Guest Services employee or Security Officer. For safety reasons, NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.
All lost and found items are taken to the Guest Services Center during events, located on the concourse near the Ticketmaster Box Office. During an event, guests should visit the Guest Services Center to inquire about lost items. After an event, contact Lost and Found at lostandfound@bse.nassaucoliseum.com with a description of the item and the date the item was lost. NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum has a “No Re-Entry†policy for all events.
Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Services Center during the event.
Restrooms are located on every level of the arena.
For safety purposes, all guests entering NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum will be searched and have their belongings scanned. NYCB LIVE reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from NYCB LIVE.
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum welcomes guests bringing small signs, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:

The If You See Something, Say Somethingâ„¢ campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities. Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time. The immediate area around the arena is also a non-smoking campus. Additionally, electronic smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the building. There is no re-entry.
Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and on chairs is strictly prohibited.
Guests are encouraged not to bring strollers to the arena. Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the arena due to potential safety hazards, however; guests are encouraged to leave their strollers in their car in our parking lot. Strollers are allowed in suites.
